Global Update: U.S. Starts Administering J&J Shot Again

U.S. states from New York to Arizona moved to begin administering the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine again. That came a day after the U.S. health agencies lifted the pause on the vaccine while they reviewed serious and rare cases of blood clots.

Global cases near 146 million with deaths exceeding 3 million. More than 1 billion doses have been given around the world.
