Chris Brown’s former housekeeper is suing the star after she was allegedly attacked by his dog, Hades, last December.

The woman, who has not been named, claims she was attacked by Chris’s Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka while she was working at his home in California last year.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the woman claims that she was taking out the rubbish when the dog suddenly attacked her, ripping chunks of flesh from her arms, body and face.

Chris, 32, is said to have been at home with his friends at the time of the alleged attack but the woman claims nobody came to help her when it happened.

She alleges that when Chris eventually found her, he told his team to collect his dogs and leave the property before police and paramedics arrived.

The woman claims that Chris was evasive and misleading when asked questions, and says she underwent extensive surgery to save her life and is suing for major damages.

Hades was reportedly euthanised weeks after the alleged attack by staff at the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Animal Shelter after the animal was deemed to be dangerous.

Chris has yet to respond publicly regarding the incident.

The singer was also embroiled in another legal case last month after he was named a suspect in a battery report, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement sources were cited as saying police responded to his home, where a woman alleged that she was slapped by the singer, which caused part of her weave to come out but had no other injuries.

No arrests were made, but police took a batter report following the alleged incident, which could result in a misdemeanour charge.
