Peter Weber Accuses Kelley Flanagan of Being “Calculated” and “Disingenuous”

Peter Weber is finally responding to the giant puddle of tea that Kelley Flanagan spilled about their breakup—and he’s not entirely here for it. In case you missed it, Kelley told Chicks in the Office that she “found some news out” and “essentially went off on him,” saying she told her ex to “get the hell out of my life” and “lose my number.”

Which brings us back to Peter, who told his side of the story on the Bachelors in the City podcast. Peter kept things pretty civil, but did accuse Kelley’s comments of being “calculated” and “disingenuous,” saying they were a “push for a headline.” And (per People) he noted that “Kelley is so much more than just a girl from the Bachelor, a girl that I was in a relationship with. I wish that she would kind of just, like, leave this be.”

Peter added that “The breakup was obviously very hard on the both of us. I’ve been very open how truly — and I’m not just saying this — Kelley was the best relationship that I have ever had in my life. And [I] could not be more grateful for that 10 months that we did have together.”

I mean fair! Also, please note that he began his musings by explaining that he’s “100 percent moved on. What I’m about to say is not in any way meant to indicate that I’m still holding out hope or whatnot, no — I’m more than 100 percent moved on. I know that we aren’t right for each other. I’ve accepted that. I’m so thankful for our time together, but I know that Kelley and I aren’t meant to be together, and that’s okay.”

Got it, got it, but also:
